User &1 is not authorized for the Element &3 (&2)
&1 - Name of the user
&2 - Surrogate (unique identification) of the site element
&3 - Name of the site element
A user tried to access a site element (e.g. a frameset/menu/business
process/URL).
The user was not authorized to use the element.
The issue here is really that the user should not have been shown the menu item/URL etc., which he used to access the process.
The situation can occur if a menu item is shown to the user - the
authorization level of the menu item is changed by an administrator - and the user
then activates the menu item.
Verify that it is correct that the user is not allowed access to the site element. If the user should have access to the site element then change the authorization level for the site element.
Check how the user was able to activate the menu item in the first place. Was it because the authorization level of the site element has been changed recently as described above. If not you should contact Websydian Support as it is an error if Websydian Express displays menu items which the user is not allowed to access.
