&1 - The function trying to find a template to generate an HTML page
&2 - The identification of the Folder List
&3 - A previous message, which can contain more information

Description

A page generator tried to find a template needed to generate an HTML page.
A valid folder list has been found - but the template was not present in any of the folders in the folder list.

Action

Use the menu item "Folder List" to find the specified folder list.
Check whether the correct folders have been defined for the folder list - or find the template and copy it to one of the folders specified by the folder list.

Comments

The error can occur in several situations:
1) The folder list has been changed.
2) The authorization of either folder lists or users have been changed.
3) A new process has been created - but all templates have not been placed in the correct folders.
4) A new presentation has been created for a process - but all templates have not been placed in the correct folders.
