Error message

Site could not be loaded. Site root &1 could not call process. See previous message &2.

Parameters

&1 - Surrogate (unique identifier) for site element (Frameset/Menu/URL/Business process) identified as the root of the site
&2 - A previous message specifying the reason for the error

Description

The site element (&1) has been identified as the root (top of site structure) of the site for a session.
However, an error was returned when the function was called.
The site has not been loaded.

Action

Check the top site element in the site structure tree. This site element can be identified from the surrogate (&1) using the menu item Utilities->Surrogate in the Administration Interface.

Comments

This should only occur when specifying a new site - or when changes to the top function (typically a frameset) for a specific authorization level has been made.
