Error message

Site creation error: Presentation/site record can't be created. Presentation &1 is probably missing in file WSBSPNP.

Parameters

&1 - Surrogate for a presentation, which is missing in the base table

Description

A number of tables defining the standard structure of the site are used during the site creation. An inconsistency in these data has been detected.
A presentation is referenced in a record in the presentation/site table - but the presentation does not exist in the base table containing presentations.

Action

Please start by checking whether the file WSBSPNP exists - and whether it is empty.
You can contact Websydian Support to obtain a version of the WSBSPNP contents.

Comments

This should only happen if the WSBSPNP file has been deleted or emptied manually.
