Error message

Could not load site for user &1. Check the roles for the user.

Parameters

&1 - Login name for the user

Description

The user has logged in successfully, but the roles assigned to the session did not allow access to any of the defined root elements for the site.

An error message has been shown to the user and he has been unable to proceed.

Action

Check that the roles specified for the user allows access to at least one root element for the site.

If the user must be able to log in to the site from  outside the intranet, you need to check that the roles that is not specified as IntranetOnly also will provide authorization for at least one site root element.
