Answer The problem is, that the variant of the WSYBASE is set to Base.
 
  1. Close all windows in CA Plex and open the model configuration.
    File -> Configuration
     
  2. Set the variant of the model WSYBASE to the appropriate value. Also verify version and level of the model.
