FAQ - How to transfer Websydian pattern licenses

Question How to obtain the site code and how to transfer the Websydian license
Answer We do not recommend trying to transfer pattern licenses in CA Plex as the procedure is most likely to destroy the license.

Please contact Websydian Support for a license in case of new machines.

However the process of transfering Websydian pattern licenses are:

  1. Login to your host group model that has the Websydian libraries attached.
  2. Select the Websydian library for which you would like to obtain the site key. Press the right mouse button and select the menu item "About Group Model"
  3. Select the button "License"
  4. Press the "Transfer" button and follow the normal procedure for moving a CA Plex license. You will also have to complete this step for each Websydian library.
