The version support life plan allows us to concentrate our efforts on producing quality Websydian versions. This plan will be updated with each new version of Websydian.
We encourage our customers to consider the below dates as part of their development plan to upgrade to a supported Websydian, CA Plex version and OS/400 release if you have not already done so.
The plan consists of three sections:
We will generally be providing four years of support for each version released of Websydian. We recommend strongly that our customers upgrade as soon as possible to the latest version.
When considering to upgrade web applications to newer versions of Plex and/or Websydian, please do not hesitate to contact Websydian Support in order to discuss any issues related to particular versions of Plex and Websydian prior to performing the upgrade.
