WebCreateUserPage Function
The WebCreateUserPage service function implements an
HTML page from which users can add themselves. The
WebCreateUserPage function includes an Insert
Event Handler function inherited from the WebInsertPage
pattern.
In the generated Document Template, the TYPE
attribute of the password field should be set to
PASSWORD.
