_DocumentTemplateGenerator Function

The _DocumentTemplateGenerator building block scoped under the PageGeneratorWithJavaScript pattern augments the _DocumentTemplateGenerator function scoped under the ReplacementProcess function to include JavaScript code.

The JavaScript code included in the Document Template will perform initialization of modifyable status controls (i.e. fields displayed as List, Combo, Radio, and Check controls) when displaying records from the database.
