Parameters

&1 - Surrogate (unique identifier) of a user.

Description

This indicates that a function needing to read the data for a specific user was not able to read the data.
The message will usually be followed by another message specifying the context of the error.

Action

Check whether the message log shows a message just after this one, which explains more about the context of the error.
You can use the "Surrogate" menu item in the administration menu to check whether any data exist for the specified user surrogate.
