The function is loaded as a pop up-window.
It is used to see which roles the site element has assigned and to add or remove roles from the site element.
The name of the site element that is being handled is shown in the second level header of the page (For site element ...).
The page consists of two separate grids, a left grid showing all available roles that is not already assigned to the site element and a right grid that shows all roles currently assigned to the site element.
The roles can be shown with two different background colors, red and green. The roles marked with the green background is only available when the user accesses the site from a browser that is placed in the intranet specified by the site setting Intranet Mask. The roles marked with the red background are available no matter where the site is accessed from.
When the pop up window is loaded, it will show the currently assigned roles in the left grid, if no roles are assigned, the grid will be empty.
You can move the roles from the left grid to the right either by double clicking on the role in the left grid or by selecting the role in the left grid and pressing the "Add" button.
You can move the roles from the right grid to the left grid either by double clicking the role in the right grid or by selecting the role in the right grid and pressing the "Remove" button.
You can move all roles from the left grid to the right by pressing the "Add all" button.
You can move all roles from the right grid to the left by pressing the "Remove all" button.
Pressing the Cancel button invalidates all selections and the site element will have the same roles as when the function was called.
Pressing Apply removes all roles that has previously been assigned to the element and assigns the ones shown in the right grid at the time Apply was pressed.
