If you receive a CGI error or
experience other problems when you try to run your Websydian
application on a Windows-based Web Server, this might be caused by
the following reasons.
- One or more DLL's are missing.
Consult the CA Plex manual to make sure all runtime DLL's supplied
by CA Plex are available to the Websydian Application. Also make
sure all Websydian Application DLL's are available.
Try running the dispatcher function directly from the command line.

- Incorrect path to CA Plex DLL's on the system.
Make sure that the system path of the workstation refers to the bin
directory of CA Plex.
- Incorrect user profile supplied as anonymous user on virtual
directory (IIS Only)

- An application error has occurred in the Websydian
Application.
The IIS suppresses display of dialog messages as it is running as a
service, which can result in an application hanging and waiting for
ok to be pressed. - but no dialog showing.

- The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a
complete set of HTTP headers.
