PageGeneratorWithJavaScript Function

The PageGeneratorWithJavaScript has under it a scoped _DocumentTemplateGenerator which is augmented to include generation of JavaScript code in the generated Document Template. This JavaScript code will handle initialization of status values in List, Combo, Radio, and Check controls.

This initialization will be performed automatically when working with Server-Side Scripting in Websydian, and inheritance from the PageGeneratorWithJavaScripting pattern is not needed in this case.
