ErrorDeck Function

The ErrorDeck pattern corresponds to the HTML ErrorPage pattern.  ErrorDeck contains an ErrorCard function which implements the listing of error messages from the Message List.

The ErrorDeck function is called from the UpdateCard.Update and InsertCard.Insert WAP Event Handler functions under the WapEditDialog, the InsertDeck, and the UpdateDeck patterns.
