One of the major changes in Websydian 6.0 is the new Websydian Express 2.0 version. For more information about Websydian Express 2.0 please read Websydian Express 2.0 - What's New.
The HTTP file upload protocol is now supported by Websydian. This means that you can create web application where users can upload files to your web server.
For more information please read Upload.
HTTP file upload is only supported when using DWA, that is when the variant for WSYBASE is set to 'DWA - Windows', 'DWA - Java', or 'DWA - iSeries'.
Websydian 6.0 is compatible with Plex 6.0 and you can use the new C# generator for backend database tables and functions. Just set the variant for the STORAGE pattern library to '.NET Server', then tables, views, and server functions will be generated for the .NET backend.
